Chiefs Derrick Nnadi Pays All Adoption Fees for Kansas City Dog Shelter

Kansas City defensive tackle Derrick Nnadi is giving his Super Bowl win to the dogs--literally. The 23-year-old will be celebrating his team's victory this past Sunday by paying the adoption fees for all of the 100-plus adoptable pooches at local shelter KC Pet Project. The move comes after Nnadi celebrated every Chiefs win this season by paying one pet's adoption fees at the facility. "We are so excited to announce that the Kansas City Chiefs defensive tackle, Derrick Nnadi, is choosing to celebrate the Super Bowl win by paying for the adoptions of all the adoptable dogs currently at KC Pet Project!" the group wrote Sunday on Facebook. "We have had an amazing, season-long, partnership with Derrick and he couldn't have thought of a better ending." Nnadi also tweeted that the offer was "the perfect way to cap off this great season!"
